Hi all,
Is Laserfiche Office Add-in compatible with Office 2016? The version of LF Client is 9.2.1.562.
Is there an LF Office add-in 2016?
Please advise.

Hi Sheila,
You need to be on at least LF10 Update 1 in order for the Laserfiche add-in to function with Office 2016.
Hope this helps!
Can somebody confirm that the Office add-in (web access version 10.3.1.51) is compatible with older versions of Office (i.e. 2013). Some of our users are on office 2013 and some are on 2016.
Hi Chris,
What about running Office 2013 with LF Client v 9.2.1.562?
As I know that the add-ins available for the above LF client version, we have only 2003,2007,2010.
Please confirm.
Kind Regards,
Sheila
Hopefully this should answer your questions. LF10 isn't on there yet but I'm sure it will be soon.

Hi,
I want to know if LF Client 10 can be installed on one workstation? The rest of the workstations remain on LF Client v 9.2.1.562 and the server holding full LF Client installation is on v 9.2.1.562. Will this cause conflicting situations between these 2 versions?
Thanks to advise.
Kind Regards,
Sheila
I am on LFC. We use the Desktop version. We updated from OUTLOOK 2013/365 to Outlook 2016/365 on one PC. I opted for WEB email as well as desktop email. LFC would not recognize a word doc if in 2016 format. There is no COM ADD IN for Outlook 2016 either.
What is worse is this? Outlook 2016 removed the Flesh-Kincaid readability score. In that realm, a score of 16 has the readability of your auto insurance policy. A score of 70 reads like the Gettysburg address.
Moreover, Outlook/office 2016 removed the grade level scores. In Office 2013, a score of six means one needs a sixth graded education to comprehend the letter. A score of eight means one needs an eighth grade education.
We removed the Office 2016 version and went back to the 2013 version. I never send a letter that scores under 60 or reads greater than an eight.
BTW, rumor has it that Microsoft has heard these complaints from other business class users. Un huh, maybe a fix by August 2016, yawn.
This doc scored 60.9 & 7.3 respectively
I had a similar issue with a client but their version is 9.1.1.486. After chatting with LF Support, the client must be at least LF v10.
