We've noticed some minor inconsistency with the way the "Save Attachments to Laserfiche" button works from Outlook (LF9.2, LF10, Outlook 2013/2016). It appears to default to the folder displaying in the most recently opened browser windows. In cases where the user has many browser window open this can cause confusion as they aren't sure which folder the document has been stored in.
Would it be possible maybe to default to either a pre-defined folder or the last folder an attachment was saved to, similar to the way the regular "Save to Laserfiche" seems to work?
I appreciate drag and drop is an option but that can be quite fiddly, especially for users with one monitor.
