Laserfiche Forms encountered an internal error. Please try again.

hi to all

after submit Forms i try to download the forms but i received following Error message 

"Laserfiche Forms encountered an internal error. Please try again."

from Event viewers i found following message

did any one face same problem ?

hi to all

we was facing this error message due to Wrong configuration on Laserfiche Forms Server Configuration.

 

Forms Server URL IP was wrong

I had a similar issue.

I set the Forms Configuration to an IP instead of a server name and turned SSL off.
