I have an Window 7 64-bit box that I need to install the Toolkit 8.0 32-bit runtime but I am experiencing an installer error (See the attached file). The LF version is 9.2. I have a similar environment (Win 7 64 bit, Toolkit 8.0 32 bit, and LF 9.2) and it is functioning perfectly. I can install and uninstall the Toolkit 8.0 runtime with no issues.

Any ideas?
