I have created a form and have a token for the submitter's email address. I want to send an email to that token in the process but it won't send the email. Not sure what I am doing wrong. It allowed me to select the token in the send to field.

Make sure you are using a Service Task option to do this as highlighted below. If you are using a User Task which is the one above it, then you will have to specify a Laserfiche/Forms user that has a Forms Email Attribute configured.
We have assigned service tasks to people via email by making a drop down box on the form with the choice of people and assigning the users id as the value. I guess for you it depends on if you are just trying to send an informational email or if you are trying to assign a task to them.
I am just trying to send an informational email using a token from a field on my form. For some reason the email never gets sent.
Does an email go through if you hard code the email address into the task? That would help narrow down if it a problem with email in general or the set up of this email or the use of the token.
