Laserfiche Forms Multiple Team

Hi, if we have multiple teams in Laserfiche Forms, and each team has its own manager for approval. Is it possible during the user task for approval, find the relevant manager responsible for its team by using the team filter feature for the approval process? So for example:

 

ManagerA approve forms submitted by UserA

ManagerB approve forms submitted by UserB

 

One example use case for the above scenario would be employees applying for annual leave. Would the new team feature in Laserfiche forms be able to achieve this or is there any other method? Thanks.

Wai, I do not believe that was the intention of the Team feature within Forms 10. The concept behind the Teams feature is to be able to create teams of users within Forms that would take action on user tasks. So a user task could be assigned to a team and those within the team could then take action on the item rather than having it assigned to an individual. A team manager also has the ability to reassign tasks as they see appropriate.

It would be interesting to know if there is a way to query those teams though to make routing decisions.
