direct email approval

Hi,

I'm having problems with direct email approval.

The approval server is set up correctly since the emails are being checked and read every 2 minutes (the interval I've set) when I reply (approve or reject) the process doesn't continue...

I'm using Zoho as the imap email address. and the LF named users use gmail for the email.

Hi Ruel, 

Do you happen to have that approval server used by another Forms server as well?

Also incorrectly configured Primary Forms Server URL could also make direct approval fail.
