CPP Courses won't load

I keep getting the following error when trying to load CPP Courses; "Server Response time limit reached. XmlLoader:alertRequestTimeout. 

I've tried on multiple computers and with IE/Chrome/Firefox.

Anyone have an idea what problem might be?

Are you still getting the error message?
