Can one participant license be used at the same time on different devices?

We have not had any problems being logged in from multiple devices with our participant licenses.

Are you talking about a Forms Participant User, or just a Laserfiche Named User license?

 

A named user can have four simultaneous connections.  I'm not sure if there is a limit for Participant Licenses in Forms.
