Notice the blue box on the Left. I have been told that there is a way you can change from one document to the other by key storkes. How is this done.

how do I change docs without using the mouse

You can use Alt + Left/Right Arrow to change documents in the revision pane if the cursor focus is in the document properties pane.
Doesn't work. Also Have tried the tab key with those and just tabs through a menu of the screens I have up. I am running version 8.3.2.755.
Put it there and then turns it tan. Then I can't Do anything. Have to click on it to un freeze it.
Can you clarify what you're trying to do? This second screenshot is showing the Default Properties node selected. My suggestion was based off of the assumption that you have multiple documents in the revision pane and when you select one of those documents, you are doing something like renaming it or editing its field values and then you want to use the keyboard to move to the next document.
I am able to do this and use Alt + Left/Right Arrow on the keyboard to navigate the different documents in the revision pane. I'm also using Laserfiche Scanning 8.3.2. Please see the video linked below.

If you are referring to something else, can you provide more details about what you're wanting to accomplish? Or if you are running into an error trying to perform the same task as seen in the video, can you clarify what that issue is?

no that is what I was referring to but it is not working in my system.
After entering the metadata, and holding ALT and hitting the right arrow key, it highlights the next doc very briefly and then goes to the default properties in configuration.
Please contact your Laserfiche reseller to open a support case so we can further troubleshoot the matter. In the past, we've had one other customer report a similar error (in Laserfiche Scanning 8.2.0 though) and we never found out the root cause, although they resolved the matter by deleting the scanning attributes for the affected user that was having this problem when using the next/previous document command.
I'd like to ask that you open a support case and provide us with the user attributes of that affected user (exported .xml file) so we can take a look at it and try and find the root cause of the matter.
Once that has been done, then please feel free to delete those attributes for that specific user and see if that resolves the matter.
LOL I am the user. I have something that might help. My IT guy recorded everything I did this morning and have a copy of it. Maria Kennedy was supposed to turn to someone to contact me on the issue. If you could send me your email I could send it to you.
A support case has been opened on your behalf and your reseller should be reaching out to you.
