I have a customer that is receiving this error "Some of the submitted reports were pdf files that did not pass validation. These were not saved." in Agenda Manager 9. What she is doing is merging 2 PDFs together within Agenda Manager by opening one of the PDF's then merges that PDF with another. Then when we try to attach the PDF to Agenda Manager website she gets that error.
This only happens when she is merging pdfs within Agenda Manager. when she merges outside of Agenda Manager, saves the document to her desktop, then attaches the PDF to an item, it stores without an issue. Has anyone seen this?
