Hi everyone,
In Web Access 9.2 like in the client, we could customize toolbar outside and inside a document. This function still possible in Web Access 10?
Thanks for the help in advance.

Check out the Help File (Link). Unfortunately it is much more difficult to add custom buttons in WebAccess 10 and requires access to server files.
The next version of Web Access will support launching business process buttons from the toolbar (without needing to do any back end customization).
Hi Robert,
Can you give us an update on the availability of a simplified process for adding custom buttons (BPs or any action) to the Web Client toolbar.
I am currently on v10.2.
Thanks, .... Steven.
This is available in the 10.2 web client. From the Options page, go to the "Tools" tab and you can drag individual business processes to your toolbar:
Thanks Robert.
Yes, I see the business process option. What I'm most interested in is a Custom Action button - specifically to launch a browser window. Are there any plans to simplify that process for the Web Client to something similar to the Windows Client?
Thanks again, .... Steven.
Hi Chris,
Thank you very much for the tip.
Regards,
Vitor
Regarding the toolbar in the Web Client, how do you disable a tool (such as new folder) using workflow? We would like to remove or disable new folder for certain folders.
Workflow doesn't have access to a user's toolbar configuration, and the configuration is per user so "for certain folders" doesn't really come into it. The buttons are responsive to the user's security settings, so if the user doesn't have rights to create folders or documents within the current folder that should be reflected in the button state.
