OmniPage Zone OCR issue

hi to all

i am facing some issue with Zone OCR  when i run zone OCR i am getting character in Numeric & numeric in Character  for example :

S08 = 508

S11 = Sii

9 = g

3 = 8

 

OCR result : 

  DR_NO : s, 5 1477    

 

any suggestion hot to solve this issue.

Have you tried setting a Character Preference on each of your zones?  You can tell each zone to use Letters, Numbers, or a combination of both.

hello Mike

i have following challenges

 

1. The Zone value is not Fix i mean number & character  Ex. ( S08 , R10M , S10 ,        S11)

2. value read my Zone as a S11 = Sii  , S09 = s0g , S08 = S03

Following my Settings.

What is your Optimization Style set at?  Have you tried it on Accuracy instead of Speed or Balance?
