Steps stuck "in progress" can't continue

I have about 20 processes that are stuck like this, I thought it was just the email step, but upon further investigation I also have the same error on some processes where it is stuck in the save to laserfiche task.

Do these processes become suspended or do they stay in progress?

They just stay in progress from what I can see. They've been stuck for over 24 hours now

We are able to reproduce this issue and it'll get fixed in the upcoming version of Forms.

Have any passwords changed?  Did you recently upgrade to 9.2.1.  One issue we faced with upgrade from 9.1 to 9.2 was that some of my repository profiles (in the save to repository step) were no longer valid.
