My client is having an issue with the office integration with outlook, it asks for a repository every time they try to save to laserfiche. The client remembers where it would automatically remember which repository is selected and doesn't ask again unless credentials didn't work/clear profile, etc. . But now, it is coming up every time they use the integration to save. They clear the profile in the registry for the integration, and it has us setup the login info again. It will auto choose the repository until you close outlook. Once you open it again it goes back to asking for the repo everytime. Outlook is at version 14.8.7166.5000 32bit and Office integration is at 9.1.1.482. Hi Ricardo,
Outlook integration can bypass the repository selection when both of the following are satisfied:
1) Not scan repositories from network
2) There is only one repository attached (including those attached both from Laserfiche Client and Office integration)
So could you please double check it?
For item 1,
a. Please go to HKCU\Software\Laserfiche\Client8\Profile\Options, check if there is a string value named "Trunk".
b. If "Trunk" doesn't exist, please add one.
c. Change the value of "Trunk" to "0"
