Reporting a possible bug

Hi I would like to report a possible bug (not sure if it is or not):

 

A Form that is saved as PDF vs a Form that is save as a TIFF both have a date in their file name.

 

Then we invoke a simple workflow like:

  • Retrieve Laserfiche Form Content (gets First Name, Last Name, and Date)
  • Find Entry (Form Name - LastName, FirstName - Date)
  • Email + attachment

 

If the entry is saved as PDF it works - the attachment is attached to the form(even though in the email the name of the attachment is incorrect (instead of 3/8/2016 it is 382016, while the LF entry is correctly formatted).

 

If the entry is saved as TIFF it doesn't attach the form (but it will attach the path to LF) - it says that it doesn't have content.

 

I just wanted to let you know about this :)
