Is there a way to email a copy of a document from Mobile?

We utilize this option quite frequently from the client, but when we attempted to email from Mobile, it appears we are only allowed to email a link. This option doesn't work if we need to email a document to someone who is not a Laserfiche user. Is there another way to accomplish this task through Mobile?

Hi Melanie,

You can share the document to an email application as an email attachment. To do so, you can either select the said document with the checkbox and find the "Share" option in the more option menu. Then choose the format in which you wish to share out if available (Share Image/Share Electronic File), or when you are viewing the document, the share button in the bottom bar will share the document in the format that you are currently viewing (Image/Electronic file).

Note: we support share both image and electronic files since Mobile Server 9.2.1. As for previous versions, you can only share electronic files.
