How can we delete a "Saved search" when using WebAccess V10.0 ?

Hi,

I have tried to delete one saved search that should not be used anymore and I have not found a place to do so when using WebAccess version 10.0.

Can someone let me know where that function is? or add that feature in the next revision?

When you load a saved search a trashcan icon appears here:

Hi Robert,

I think I am currently facing a bug when using another languagepack. That "My saved search" link doesn't appear after selecting a saved search.

I am currently working on a support case related to that language pack issue but I am then also finding that the delete icon doesn't show up as well when the "My saved search" dropdown doesn't show up. This is the reason why I am not able to delete a search profile.

This is a bug that has been filed as SCR 141428. The issue seems to occur when the web browser language is not English and when selecting a saved search that has accented characters in the name.

Your support case and this thread will be updated where there is a resolution.

This should be fixed in 10.1. The issue is not with accented characters; instead Web Access does not handle long saved search names well when the UI is in French (or some other language where the strings are wider than in English).
