Hi Group,

I am getting below mention Error While Accessing laserfiche forms Setting.

Laserfiche Forms has encountered a problem.

The process associated with the page you are trying to view has been deleted. Contact your Laserfiche administrator for more information. [LFF2103-ProcessDeleted]"

i have reinstalled laserfiche forms 10 again but issue still persists.

Hello Sumeet,

To which "settings" are you referring? (Forms process modeler, a Form designer, Forms security settings, the Forms configuration page, etc.) Is this happening only for a particular Forms process or does this happen regardless of which process whose settings you are trying to view?

The error message suggests you are trying to view information about a Forms process which has in fact been deleted. Can other users access the same information which you are trying to view? If not I would suggest contacting an administrator who would know more about the process in question.

I have a Client who is reporting the same issue. Their concern is that these are getting logged into the system around 1am when there shouldn't be anyone using their system. They have confirmed that they don't know of any activities that should be using Forms at that time. Below is an example. They are concerned about the unknown user/process.
