I have an issue where I have a customer with tons of import agent items. We are setting up a set of new folders in a different office, and need to have the same input folders in that office so they don't traverse the network until we want them to.

It's very tedious to have to recreate all of the tabs. I'd love the ability to copy/clone an import agent job and then edit that one for the changes. In my case only the location to sweep needs to be changed in 15 different IA tasks.

With DCC, import agent in large places is OCRing things less and less so it can handle more and more places. I can forsee this issue only getting worse.

Thanks for bringing it up. We'll consider to add it in our next Import Agent update.

This idea would be very helpful. It would also be helpful if the links copied over and you were able to edit the import agent to add a "links" tab to link documents you know are in the repository right from the start.
