We have a requirement from a potential client to block access to the home screen of a participant user in Forms.  So the screen where it shows Tasks, New Processes etc, see below image;

Ideally they just want the participants (10 users so public portal outside of budget) to click on the published link from Intranet, they are aware they may lose some functionality of being a named user.  They have plenty of servers so an additional Forms instance can be installed.

Would there be a way to achieve this in IIS?
