I am stuck on this dialogue box. Clicking "done" does nothing. Refreshing the page doesn't save the options. No errors are reported anywhere.

Tried a variety of other number combinations but nothing seems to work.

Update: "Duplicate" doesn't do anything either. I clicked "delete" and tried it add it back from the variables pane, but the behavior is the same. Except now the collection is gone from the form.

Update 2: After fiddling with it a few more times, I was able to add back the collection. Except now everything seems to have reverted to its default options, including field names... the variable names for the fields are still the same.
