Tree Icon in Unidentified Documents

Hello,

I have a customer that is receiving a tree icon under the Unidentified Documents in Quick Fields 9. He can still see the documents when he clicks on it, but it is unusual for it to be a tree icon rather than the norm. Has anyone seen this before?

Are they scanning them through a scanner or are they using Universal Capture/Laserfiche Capture? Scanning with a scanner in ScanConnect/Twain will give you tiffs. However if the session is looking to Laserfiche or a drive for images those images may not be tiff. I believe I recall seeing that when QF processes something other than tiff files (jpeg, png, etc) but I can't remember for sure.

They're electronic files that Quick Fields does not have a representation for and doesn't know how to process. So not text, image, PDF or Office documents.
