Certificate error for Dev environment connecting Forms & SocialBPM

We're trying to set up Forms and Social BPM together on our dev environment for testing and training purposes, but continue to run into this error message.

  • The Laserfiche Social BPM server, used for frequently asked questions, cannot be reached. Please contact your Laserfiche Administrator and ensure the Laserfiche Social BPM section of Forms Configuration is correct. [LFF347-InvalidAnswersUrl]

We believe that the Social BPM site URL setup is correct (w/SSL connection)

We're getting a Certificate error message and are wondering if we need to create a separate self-signed certificate for our dev environment?

Any help is appreciated! Thank you.

Hi Sarah,

Is your Social BPM site URL configured on Formsconfig page using FQDN? If not, please make it FQDN and try again. Hopefully this can solve your problem.
