User cannot open Laserfiche 10 Client - Directory Issue

I have a user that I recently upgraded to the LF10 client. He can log into the client initially and open the repository just fine. When he opens a Word document, Word crashes with simply: "Unknown Error". The details of the error seem to point to the Office Integration. When he tries to re-open the document, this time Laserfiche crashes entirely.

From this point on, until he logs out and back in again, he receives the error:

Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item.

(this error occurs at: ...\Program Files (x86)\Laserfiche\LF.exe)

I've tried giving him full permissions to the Laserfiche directory, reinstalling the client, and running the client as a domain admin. It gives the error regardless of what I try. He is the only domain user having this issue, though he is also the only user on Windows 10.
