Register external table option not available?

Hi,

Trying to set up some dynamic fields but the option to register an external table doesn't seem to be there... I remember seeing it before I upgraded to LF 10.... but now it's gone?

To register an external table, a user must have the Manage External Tables privilege.

Thanks, I guess after the upgrade my user account somehow had this privilege removed.
