Quick Fields Won't Generate Pages on Certain PDF Files

Has anyone seen this before?  Wondering what it is.  I have PDFs that are being generated from a particular software.  It is only these PDFs that Quick Fields can't generate the pages for.  I get this when I log at the history log.  The second shot is what I get if I open the document after quick fields.

Actually yes. There's a setting in Quickfields that tells it to overwrite existing pages that you need to enable. Since the pdf already had text, it believes there are pages even though there aren't images.

So this worked for some PDFs but not others.  This morning I am seeing that once it goes through quick fields it is no longer keeping the PDF format.  I did open up (prior to quick fields) the properties of a pdf generated by the program in question and a pdf generated by adobe and am seeing different properties and don't know if this makes a difference.

If I have Quick Fields open and run the process they process fine.  I get pages generated and I keep the original image.  However, if I run the Quick Fields session via Agent, everything is messed up.  I only get the text as a thumbnail and the original image disappears.
