Forms - The Tokens Business Process Name and Business Process ID hold blank values

Why are these system tokens blank in Forms? I am trying to capture the name of the current business process activity, for example User Task, Start, etc. I am not running in Preview mode.

What's your Forms version, can you show a screenshot of your configuration and the Instances result?

Forms 9.2.0.853

Here is the default value configuration for my Single Line fields.

They are blank when opening the form

They wouldn't get any values until the form is submitted and the instance actually starts.
