crystal report cannot print to snapshot

I have a user that when using the print function on a report and selects Snapshot sometimes the snapshot window does not show.

Out of 10 times the user prints to snapshot only 2 or 3 times it actually shows.

Usually she will need to restart her PC and it shows up the first time, but after that it stops poping up.

Does anybody have the same issue?

Sometimes it takes a while before snapshot window pops up. I had the same problem where, when i tried printing something, nothing showed up but later in the afternoon snapshot window showed up. It could be because server is busy with something as else.
