Hi there,

Please make sure your version is 10.1.0.1154 (Forms 10 Update 1). You can try log out of Forms, clear brower cookie and log back in.

The version of Laserfiche Forms is already 10.0.0.1154. It seems the submitter user is redirected to the bp security editing page after login. A support case was created for the issue and we'll update this thread once it is figured out.

Hi Yan,

As discussed,i have checked all scenarios which you mentioned in mail, let me explain one by one

1.Its not redirecting to any security page particularly, the scenario is when i login with admin user it enters into home page without any issue and once i logout and tried to login as a submitter then the page appears in front. The issue occurs only when i click any link in admin Home page, that means just login as admin, logout without clicking any link, again login as a submitter doesn't create any issue, the issue occurs only when the page redirect from admin home page.

2.I am able to open the Forms Home page with the link http://localhost:89/forms/Home/Task.

3.I tried with other browsers also like mozilla, IE ,the issue remains same.

4.After clear web browser's cache and cookies, issue occurs.

The issue occurs when you first log in to Forms as an admin, goes to the BP security editing page, and logs out. Then you log in as the submitter user.

This is working as designed, as when you log out from the BP security editing page, the URL still contains URL for the previous web page. So when the submitter tries to log in, it still tries to load that page, that the submitter has no access to, thus it errors out.

To avoid it, user needs to reload the Forms login page, to make sure the returnURL is correct.

I understood how the issue occurs,as you said the return URL still tries to load the previous page, but as an User once I logged out from the account the URL should get cleared and when the next user logins with credentials it goes to the account appropriately, this is how it should work.

In order to avoid the issue the user needs to reload the page, but still the URL not changed,Is it like every time User has to check the URL and should change it manually?

Correct, user has to manually change the URL. By design, when user logs out, the previous URL will be remembered. So if the user logs in again, it still loads the previous page. In real world, it is unlikely that user logs in as an admin user first, then then logs in as a submitter user. Each user will normally just log in as his/her own specific user. So such problem is unlikely to happen.
