There is a form that has a table which is pulling information from a database.  First you select a category from a drop down and in the next field, it provides and item description specific to the category.  This item description field is being populated from a SQL table.  When filling out the form on an iPad in Safari, the first row of the table works just fine and displays the information being pulled from the database in the item description field.  When a second row is added and a category is selected, nothing is being displayed in the item description field, no drop down.

I have suggested trying a different browser on the iPad, which they are going to try, but finding a resolution for Safari would be preferred.  Is this a known issue?  Is there something that would correct this issue?
