In version 8.3 you could import an image annotation (from snipping tool) and resize it once it was on the document in LF.  Testing in v9.1.1 and 9.2.1 when you try to resize the image it will resize the canvas the image is on but not the image itself.  See screenshot.  Is there a resolution for this?
