Laserfiche Scanning only the last page

I know this is a duplicated question , but no solutions provided.

We are using Laserfiche 9.2.1 in our organization, we have some users when they try to scan and store documents in laserfiche using Laserfiche Client Scanning they faces the following Issue:

         If users put three pages in scanner  A, B and C and press the scan button the Laserfiche process/save only the page C (the last page).

Every time they try to scan more than one page they faces this issue.

Laserfiche Client 9.2.1 Service Pack 1 (9.2.1.635)

Laserfiche Scanning Version 9.2.1.562

Windows 7 32-bit

Scanner : Kodak i2600

Any help please...

I have a customer with the same issue.  Was there a resolution to this?  Thanks!

I know this is an old question, but I just dealt with this today. This is usually caused by having the "WIA" version of the Kodak TWAIN driver selected. You will have two Kodak TWAIN driver options when configuring Laserfiche scanning, one is the Kodak i2000 series and the other is a WIA version that references the scanner model. You want the i2000 series one. The WIA one is very limited.
