Refresh the Workflow Run tab

When I am building a Workflow and running it within the designer, the Workflow does not show that it has completed, even though it has.  I went to the Laserfiche Empower conference this year and I remember someone providing a tip that the workflow had to be refreshed, but I can't remember how he said to refresh it and I can't find it anywhere. 

I have attached an image where you can see the designer is showing the first step running even though I know the process has completed because the document has been moved to another folder which is the last step in the process.

Anybody have any thoughts on this?

F5 key refreshes it.
