can I run a schedule workflow which initiates a form and make it received by a user as a task.

My scenario: I will have scanned expenses receipts by employee in the repository.  suppose Joe has 10 receipts scanned and indexed in Laserfiche Repository-- I need Laserfiche workflow to run weekly, retrieve the information from each document, make a calculation and call a form business process (Payment Form)- When accounting officer open Laserfiche E-Form, he will need to see a task received from workflow, is this possible?
