Hi, has anyone ever come across this situation?
We have a customer reported that when they finish scanning through Laserfiche Scan, when they proceed to close LF Scan and it prompts them if they want to store the scanned documents into Laserfiche, occasionally this dialog box loses focus / hangs and the user is unable to click on any of the buttons on the dialog box (Yes/No/Cancel), they are then force to close Laserfiche Scanning application through Task Manager.
They are currently using TWAIN driver for scanning and the LF version is 9.2.1 build 562. This seems to happen quite often but not every single time. Have tried reinstalling the Client and scanner driver but the issue still occurs. Any ideas?
