Has anyone connected Forms to their PowerSchool Oracle database and seen the following error message in their event logs?

Inner exception: Oracle.DataAccess.Client.OracleException
Message: ORA-03113 end-of-file on communication channel

Does anyone have any ideas on how to correct it?
