We have a workflow to delete empty folders. I never noticed it wasn't working for "every" level in our structure until recently when I started to train a new person on creating folders. There were a a bunch of test folders I needed to delete and this is where I first noticed the problem.
It is driving us CRAZY! We have a folder structure with 3 levels - 1.Client Category, 2. Client, 3. Matter - Under one of our client categories "Contracts," we have 3 Clients which all have their own matters under that. Contracts is NOT inheriting rights from our top level. The 3 clients are, however, inheriting rights from its client category, "Contracts." That being said all 3 clients have the EXACT same rights as each other. When we run our delete workflow on the two bottom clients it works and the appropriate folders are deleted. If you run the workflow on the 1st client, which has two matters under it, the workflow always shows terminated and now folders or rows are deleted. How can this be? What are we doing wrong?
We may have to actually submit a ticket to our vendor (DocuNav) but wanted to check here to see if anyone else has encountered this. Still investigating but have been at this for a couple days now. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.
Thanks. :-)
