I asked this question a few days ago, but problem hasn't been resolved.  I'm going to try to explain further. 

I have a co-worker that logs onto my computer to use QF in the morning hours (I work part-time/afternoons).  Of course she logs in with her windows. 

She is having trouble storing documents from one particular session.  She doesn't have any problems with other sessions. BUT,  this QF session does have a workflow. Wondering if that makes a difference somewhere?

She gets permission denied.  She has full rights under document class.  I have attached some screen shots. 

Any help would be most appreciated.
