I have a workflow that I would like started when a new document is created in a folder called Barcode labor tickets.

Here is the rule I created:

As best I can tell, the rule is not executing as the last date was from last year when we tested workflow:

Where else should I look to find why it's not executing? The only thing I found is when I click 'Show Laserfiche Live Even viewer', I get a login. I am wondering if there is a credential problem somewhere. But I don't know where else to look.

There's a 30 second delay between the time the rule is published and the time the Subscriber picks it up. That might be why you're not seeing it work if you're trying to trigger immediately after you make changes.

Hi Jason,

I had a similar issue once, Try changing your "Entry : Path " from 'Equals' to 'Starts with'

So, my VAR ended up helping me here. The issue turned out to be that I had another WF server running in my environment from testing that I did almost a year ago that I had forgotton about. As soon as we disbaled/detached it, my current WF server and it's workflows started working.
