Feature Request: Business Process for Folders on the Preview Pane

Hi all,
We have customers that work with case folders. At the moment, to be able to use BPM easily and have quick access to the tasks of all the cases, Laserfiche requires a document to be selected. The preview pane doesn't curently work folders. There is a button to display tasks associated with folders but the solution isn't nearly as smooth as it is with documents.


That means, a template with all the case metadata needs to be created. Which is fine - and works - but breaks the paradigm of working with folders. In older systems, that means a re-development of the system to shift from folder-based case work to template-based case work.

Is there a solution or can I request this feature?

Hi Ben,

Client 10.1 now includes this information on Folders in the preview pane.

Not sure if this helps but Web Access 10 makes it easier for you see Business Process information of a folder from the document viewer:
