I'm not sure if this is possible is there a way where Google can Search our weblink documents to allow them to searched by using Google Search?

can Google indexed Tiff images? if it can't is there a way we can allow google search to referenct the txt layer ocr document of a tiff image?

If your WebLink server is publicly accessible and is set up so that users are automatically logged in, then its contents can be indexed by search engines. See for instance this Google search, which turns up results in WebLink. I don't believe that crawlers will OCR, so it is important that you have text pages that can be indexed.
