The Forms account trustee is licensed fully on the repository with full scope and right/privileges to the root yet it seems as though it doesn't have rights to save.

Are you able to use the Client and log into the repository with the Forms Save to Repository account, create the folders (if needed) that the Forms submission and any applicable attachments will be saved into, and then import a sample document into it, while also using the same volume? Also test by setting the same template and field values that the forms submission would be using.

If you can do the same process in the Client which Forms is returning an error for, then please open a support case so the matter can be investigated further.

Check the account that's being used under your Forms Configuration > Repository

The account is a Forms account we make with full access much like workflow.  but we license this one.  give it full scope at the root of the repository as well.

Doing this showed there was some hidden denials unknown to me set on the account previously for that folder location.

After it worked this way I turned to the access of the specific account to see why it wasn't able to.

Thanks Alex!
