I found this KB article and named my variables but i am still getting the same error.

Make sure to check your TABLES, there are variables in there that may be missing.
Are their multiple forms in your business process? Can you confirm that the form your message start event is configured for is the one you checked for the issue where variables don't have names?

There is only one form and all variables have names.
I'm having the exact same issue. I've checked all my fields and they have variables assigned. I've also deleted my variables that are no longer being used with still no resolution.
yes that worked. changing the variable names in tables has worked.

By checking each field on the variables list, I was able to find the missing variable that the form error out on. All along, I was checking the variable fields on the actual form instead of going through the list of variables. It turned out to be a sub variable of the table variable. I wouldn't have found it if I didn't go through each variable on the list.

Is there any reason why this occurs? Fields having no variable names that is.
We've been experiencing this for a while now but although we have been able to resolve it, Forms can end up being Terminated as a result, meaning they have to be re-submitted as a result.

Can Laserfiche provide any means of resubmitting the terminated forms caused by this error?
We still experience this issue in 10.3.1.635
