Importing TIFF documents using Workflow

When I import TIFF documents using Workflow, the image neither shows up in the Image Pane or the Electronic View Pane.

I open it like I would open an Excel Spreadsheet. I have to select a program like PAINT to view the actual images.

How do I work around this using Workflow without using the DCC?

Sounds like you're importing it as an electronic document. Can you post the code you're using?

I am using the Attach Electronic Document.

I am not using any scripts to import them.

Is this something I will have to do?

Attach Electronic Document does not import images. It sets the file specified as the electronic document of a LF document. Workflow does not have import image page capabilities, you would have to script it.
