Have a client that started hosting with us. They began to use a new repository for the hosted system that was also attached in the thick client. When they tested the "save to Laserfiche" function it asked them to authenticate again even though they had already used windows authentication to get into the client. We tried using Laserfiche authentication and got "access denied", windows authentication worked but then it asked us to select a volume and it said it was read only indicating that it was the old repository. I dont see anyway to have the office integration point to the current repository.
We uninstalled Laserfiche (9.1) and removed the registry keys listed for LFoffice and re-installed (9.2.1.635). The registry keys were recreated but the issue seems to still be happening. It gives us the option to select the old or new repository (the old repository is not attached in the client anymore) but if you click on the new repository then we get an error "cannot connect to the Laserfiche server".
