unable to fill form on mobile

Hello,

I have installed Forms 10 with available update, when I access the form on Mobile (iOS) the latest version, the form is unable to load.

It shows the Form available, but when I try to open it, it doesn't open...

 

Can someone help please.

I opened a support case & it turned out to be a bug, bug that when the forms url contains "home", it stops loading.

After providing the IP the form started to work as desired on mobile , there is a SCR filed for this.

Can you elaborate more on what you see? do other forms work? was it working before? Are there any error returns? Does the form work on the web browser on your mobile device?

what are the full versions(please include the build) of 

a) Your laserfiche mobile server

b) your App version

c) Your Forms server

Andrew,

I see the form on Mobile, when I click on it, it tries to load, but without showing anything it just closes & I'm back to screen where it shows available forms.

a) 10.0.0

b) 10.0.0.618

c) 10.0.0.1154

Laserfiche Server: 10.0.0.994

When I access Forms from Browser, it works fine only from Mobile App I have the problem.

1) Was this working before?

2) was it after you installed the update 1 that the forms no longer show up?

3) Does the issue seem to only happen to one particular form? or all?

4) what device do you have and what is the iOS version of your device? (this can be found from the Settings > General) tab

5) What is the full version of your laserfiche mobile server? it should be in the format of 10.0.0.xxx

It's a brand new installation

All forms

I have iOS 9.2.1

I installed firms today, so the latest build from support  site

Make sure to disable any content blockers you have installed on your mobile Safari browser. We had a situation where "Purify" was blocking the form iframe during approval stages.

It works fine on Mobile browser only problem is on App
