Access denied to store a single document in Quick Fields

I have a scanner operator that logs onto my computer to use Quick Fields.  She tried to store a single document (testing her work) and she got a message that says "Access Denied".  No code number like 9013, etc.  Just "Access Denied".  She can store all or multiple documents but not just one.  Any answers?

Is the user restricted in the Path or volume set for the single document?

 

Also, if you step through the pages of the document, does it actually load the correct image for each page?

So sorry.  Correction.  In this particular session, she can't store any documents into the LF client from QF.  She can in other sessions.  The pages of the document are correct images.  How would I know if she is restricted in the path or volume?  Through admin console?
