I was wondering if this is a setting or just part of the system? A user pointed out that while they were referencing information from a sticky note, once they went to a different page, the sticky note automatically closed. Found this to be a little bit of an inconvenience because the sticky note had summary information that is not all located on the first page.

Question
Sticky Note Closing When Page Changed
Answer
Hi Ramon,
Sticky Notes, as with all annotations, are tied to a specific page of the document. In the desktop Client you can only view the contents of a single pane at once, so changing panes will transfer to the next page (which doesn't contain that sticky note). Web Access 10 allows you to see multiple pages, so you'll see the sticky note until it scrolls off the screen (but it still goes away at that point).
It sounds like you may be trying to use sticky notes for more document wide purposes, instead of page specific? In that case a field value might be more appropiate.

I suspected this might be the case. I did think about using field values but I am basically compiling a list of helpful information from data that can be on multiple pages. However, this can end up being quite long which is why we chose not to add it to a field since the multi-value field would end up too large.
Thanks for the info though, I just basically needed some confirmation before I explained it to the user.
