weblink doesn't show metadata

I have established a setup for Weblink 9 and I have created a user to access a certain folder. However, the metadata is not assigned (visible). How do I fix this issue? Please see attachment with images of the setup and interface.

Hi Cornelius,

I notice that your screenshot shows the browse/read rights being placed directly on the 2016 subfolder (indicated by 'not inherited'). Can you confirm that they also have rights on the root folder itself, which appears to be what WebLink is trying to open. All users can access the root folder by default, but they still need the read entry access right on it to view it's metadata or contents.
